Okay, can anyone tell me about this product? Is it like Excel, or something totally different? I am very curious.

I would guess it's something similar to Excel.

Looks to be similar to excel. But this also looks to be more expensive then Flourish Excel.

Interesting Though!

It says that it increases concentration of CO2, which is decidedly different than what Excel does.

I used that stuff when I first started, before I knew what excel was, and hadn't yet built a DIY CO2 rig. My plants seemed to respond to it, when used as directed. But then again I was a newb, so I'm not sure we can trust my observations at that time. If pressed however, I'd give it a shot again... think I even have some extra laying around in a tackle box somewhere.

Why not try it? I'd love to see the results. The problem is, until a few days ago, I had never heard of it. That makes me suspicious, since good products don't really need to advertise. Like the Eco-Aqualizer. I noticed no one around here uses one. In fact, I've never even seen one outside of ads.

If you do try it, try to get a bottle of Excel too. I wish I had enough knowledge to do that when I was using the stuff... just to have a basis for comparison.

But as I said, I thought my plants perked up a bit at the time, but who's to say? A nice A:B test against a proven product like Excel would be a nice thing to see reported.

I'd try it myself, but I've got pressurized CO2 on my 75g. And unfortunately I use Excel on my 20g grow out tank, a tank that I virtually ignore. If there was a difference, as little attention that I pay to that poor tank, I'm not sure I'd see it.
