Who's the culprit?

My angle fish fins are getting nipped pretty bad. I don't know who it is though... The other fish in the tank are: 4 SAE, 1 CAE, 1 Blind Cave fish, 1 L236 Pleco, 1 Horse Faced loach, 1 Glass catfish. The only thing I think it could be is the CAE but I never see him harass any other fish

Just the one angel? If there's more than one then you have your answer. The CAE would only suck of the side of flat fish like angels and gouramis etc.

I don't know. I got rid of the blind cave fish. So if it continues to happen then that sucks...

Have several SAE's in a tank & they do not bother any other fish in the tank. The 2 CAE's only when they got larger did they start radomly side swiping other larger fish as they swam by but never really any fin nipping..Hopefully you got it right W/ the BCF

SAE's personallity are random, some like to pick at moss, some don't, my angels were torn to shred by some of them and some of them totally ignore the angels.
