I've been doing some research and can't find much on the topic, not sure if there's a thread that shows/talks about how to do this but....

Whats the process of planting HC/hairgrass/moss or whatever you want, initially on a mat? (for grow out purposes) Do you place the matt down on the substrate then plant the plants? Just curious...Thanks!
