Tearing Down Tanks?

I'm going to have to move all three aquariums this summer due to a house remodel, so I thought this might be a good time to move onto my goal of shrinking the number of tanks I have and tearing them down so I don't have to move them back just to decide I don't want them. Really, I just want to do a 29 gallon riparium. The only problem is, I have 2 bettas and quite a few RCS that will probably still be alive and well by then, as well as quite a few plants. I don't know what to do, can anyone help?

Maybe you could try to sell the betta and cherry setups as complete packages on craigslist/forums like this/local club. Or give to family.
