Dwarf Baby Tears leaves yellowing

My Dwarf Baby Tears(and the other grass like plant) leaves are yellowing, but otherwise its been growing great. Ive got some organic Miracle Grow, 2 florescent 12watt bulbs and the stock lights. Ive been doing water 50% changes on it every week and its been cycled but as far as the water parameters I'm not sure. Its a 6 gallon Fluval Edge.

Any ideas/suggestions on what i should do to fix it would be appreciated.

Sorry pictures didn't come out that great.

The stock lights are no good for those plants, and you really should run Co2 on them

Looks like the baby tears aren't getting the most direct light either. They need very high light, and they likely won't make it without co2. You can whip up a DIY co2 system pretty quickly. That may be able to save em.

20 gal dirted community, 20 long Vietnamese mudskippers, 40 gal tanganyikan cichlids, 55 gal South American cichlids
3 gal opae ula shrimp cube, 8 gal Fluval Ebi

The 2 bulbs i have are directly above the plants(12 or so inches from the pants right on top of the tank) i don't think thats the problem but i could add more light.

Ive been dosing the tank with flourish excel, would that be good enough? I have tried the diy co2 but this tank is in the living room so i cant set one up there.

You need better lights.. Those lights are no good for those plants.

Baby tears need c02 systems, not the liquid replacement. They will slowly wither and die with out proper lighting and c02

They are a high light plant.. What you have on your tank would be considered low light imo.

You need to read some of the stickys in the forms that explain lighting, and so on

Well it seems like the consensus is i need to kick everyting up a notch. Im still not sure if lighting is a problem, I mean its grown as big as it is from just a few stems. If the light is the issue as you said i dont think it would have grown as much as it has. I will look into making another light fixture for it. The CO2 I seriously need to start looking into, Ive gotten away without it for too long.

Thanks for you input.
