Cool Please id a plant problem?

Here's what I have happening. Does anybody know what type of defficiency this is, and what I should look into changing?

Try to look for the red circles around the problems. Its like holes in the leaves and really pale growth at places.

For ferts I just mimic Barr's recommendation for 20 gal:

1/4 teaspoon of KNO3 3-4x a week (every other day)
1/16th-1/32nd teaspoon of KH2PO4 3-4x a week (every other day)
Traces added on off days as the macro nutrients, so 3x a week, 5mls each time.

I had pinholes developing in leaves of my nana I solved by adding K2SO4. But, as dawgger mentioned, the holes look a bit big. The holes could certainly be starting off as smaller with the snails munching near the deadened areas.

I'd start with additional K for 2-3 weeks to see if it clears up.
