Something block my plants.

I have 375 l aquariums.
300 w of light in hqi.
No3 5-15ppm , po4 0,1-1ppm, co2 more than 30 ppm , K 15 ppm , I add to changed water mg 5 ppm.
I add every day my own pmdd(only micro fe, zn, cu, B, mo, mn). The pmdd give me the 0,073 ppm of fe daily and 0,37ppm fe weekly. When i add 4x less and now when i add this dose my plants grow not so good.
Heterantera have new leaves white, but when i add 0,1 ppm fe weekly(4x less) was this same situation. Now i add 0,37 ppm fe with pmdd weekly and heterantera is too white ane her leavs are strenght. My indica and limnofilia aromatica and stellata conus(taper) of growth dying. No all dying byt some about 1/5 of indica but all stellata and aromatica. Bacopa , dildiplis , umbrosium, hemiantus, polisperma , glosso, are ok.
And limnofilia aquatica is not 100% green . He are a little dark.
And last Question. How can i use this forum with my outlook???
I cannot find in my disscusing group.
