What steps to put cuttings in pots?

Thanks to you guys and gals and your info here at TPT, my tank is really taking off. In three weeks my tank has gone from light/moderate to the-edge-of-the-jungle. Next week I am going to Big Als for a machete

My LFS has agreed to take healthy potted plants for trade. The question is what to do? What are good (and cheap) pots? Where do I get potting media? What are the required steps to take?

IMHO it's not worth it.

You can get the pots at any store that sells hydroponics supplies. Along with the rock wool plugs. But then you need to put the cuttings in there and wait for them to room.

Add in the time and the cost of the materials and I think you are going to end up paying the LFS to take your plants.

See if they'll take fresh bunches without the pots for just straight store credit.
