plantex solution and epson salt

have been told to add 15ml of plantex solution on 2nd and 4th day to my 58g tank. I understand that you usually dillute 2 tablespoons to 500ml. Is that 2 tablespoons of plantex or 1 tablespoon plantex and 1 of epson salt (per greg's dosage instructions)?

2T's of Plantex into 500ml. And then it is dose 5ml per 20g's (so 15ml as you said for your ~60g's) 3x per week. So you can dose one extra day to your current dosing schedule, or dose 50% more each time and dose 2x per week as you are currently planning to do. Just dose the Mg after each water change as needed. What is your currect GH?

more days of dosing with less amount at each time is better than less days with more dosage at each time.
