Aquabotanic

Has anyone else had problems ordering plants from them. I ordered plants aug 22 and still have not received them. I have emailed them asking about my order with no replies. Ordered from them because they are close but wondering if i would be better off dealing with someone else.

For want of offending our other sponsors, you can't do much better than Aquabotanic. They are the oldest and still one of the best shops to deal with. Great plants and great service!

My suggestion is that you give Robert (Aquabotanic) a call to follow up on your order.

Mike

You are in the minority.

Did you even try to call him?

[painfully understated] Our country isn't exactly running on all cylinders right now. I would make every effort to contact the company before judging them (him). The factors that could potentially be affecting your order are too numbered to write. Not saying your right or wrong, only that we are in tumultuous times right now.

Kind regards,

Ted

I tried to email you today, but it came back as not in service or something like that.

The following addresses had delivery problems:

<[email protected]>
Permanent Failure: 550_Requested_action_not_taken:_mailbox_unavailabl e
Delivery last attempted at Fri, 2 Sep 2005 08:17:30 -0000

Orders generally ship out the following week from when you place an order, which means it should have gone out this week... however I had a big personal problem to deal with this week. My Mother who is in a nursing home became very ill and I thought this was it. I thought she was gone. I have been in a daze all week, and other than a couple orders to some stores, I did not ship out any orders this week. I apologize for not contacting you. I think you did call me if I remember right? I honestly cant remember much before yesterday.

I promise you your order will go out on Tuesaday. Monday is a holiday. If you wish to cancell your order I totally understand. Just let me know.

Best regards

Robert Paul Hudson

My own regards to your Mom as well. Do what you have to do---I bet our tanks will somehow manage to keep running give or take a plant or two!

Roy, I hope you meant to say that Robert's sevice was "...second to none"

And Robert, so sorry to hear about you mom's condition. I'm happy that both my parents are still in great shape at 73, but I know I would be devastated should either of their health begin to fail.

óBill

You never know what is going on in a person's life. That is why we have to give each other the benefit of the doubt and a bit of a chance now and then. Robert is a good guy and a straight shooting businessman. I had a feeling something wasn't right.

My best to your mother, Robert.

Mike
