Need help to ID a plant

This plant is growing and spreading well in my tank, but I can't remember what it was called. It is a rooted plant with 3 or 4 long stems on each root. The leaf at the top of each stem is wide. It spreads by the roots with new plants coming up nearby.
They are the taller plants in the back.

Hi Lisa816,

It appears to be a Cryptocoryne; possibly Cryptocoryne moehlmannii but I am not sure.

Thanks so much. I looked that one up and ran across Cryptocoryne pontederiifolia, and I recognized that name. I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I would never have found it without you pointing me in the right direction. Thank you!
