Name this bug

Found this in my aquarium, never seen this before. All the worms are blackworms, for my Pygmy Sunfish, but the other thing I have no clue what it is. Any ideas?

BTW, he's burning in H2O2 as I type this.

It was hard for me to tell in the video, but it did look pretty leach-like to me.

I had one in an aquarium a long time ago, I can't remember what happened, I think one of the fish ended up eating it.

they have segments/ridges going across their body (like an earthworm - same phylum)

Also, they have a sucker-like thing that they use for attaching/anchoring at either end.
