95 liters is too small.
Otos will eat the flat, stuck-on sorts of algae, and from the description it sounds like Brown Algae, also called Diatoms. Otos eat that sort just fine, and will not grow too big for your tank.
Bristlenose may eat it, too, but get too big.
SAE eat the stringy sorts of algae, not the flat sorts, and they get too big for your tank.
If you have a male and female Angel they may take over the whole tank when they start to breed.
