Question Perfect plants

I have been bitten by the puffer bug! I have done a lot of reasearching, and am currently setting up my tank. Its a ten gallon, and is going to hold three dwarf puffers. The puffers require a lot of hiding spots, and plants to break their line of sight.(cutting down on aggresion.) Does anyone have any personal favorite plants that can be used as hiding spots by small fish?
I would prefer plnts that grow fairly quickly.

Thanks a bunch,

Pufferpeep!!

Wisteria and/or water sprite come to mind. They're pretty undemanding. Most varieties of stem plants will grow quickly. Can you give some details on the tank (lighing, fertilizing, co2, water parameters, etc)?
