Tank looks hazy when lights first come on

I believe someone else also asked about this a while back. I don't remember if they got an explanation or what it was.
When my lights first come on, my tank looks kinda hazy. Thank God it clears up after a little bit.
Would someone please tell me what this is?

Yes. But I dose every day except for one rest day before water change day. Why?

The Haziness may be the ferts oxidizing. The way I understand it the lights can cause some ferts to do this. This is common on ferts like Seachem Iron for example.
