Water acting funny.

I notice the water in my Mini M gets pretty cloudy overnight and then goes crystal clear after a couple of hours of lights on (maybe the plants are filtering the water? idk). Tank has been cycled well, heavily planted, etc. Eheim 2211, dosing ADA ferts daily and Excel daily with CO2 injection. Livestock are are healthy and acting perfectly fine. Any ideas?

cloudiness is normally an imbalance in the ecosystem. normally bacteria related and associated with new tanks. How long has the system been set up for (i see it's already cycled but that doesnt mean it's mature and stabilized)

Hmmm....2 months I think since I last "redid" it and did the filter up with 100% bio rio. 3 since actual first setup with that same filter media.
