Greetings

Hi guys you may have noticed I have been awol for awhile. In april I injured my back rupturing some disks, making some muscles very unhappy.
I have been unable to sit so the computer was out , as has been work
I just had surgery to repair the disks last wednesday and I can finally sit again.
The surgery did not go smooth though I went into shock and my heart started to shut down. Some atropene etc got things moving ok and I am home now and feeling better. (scary).
I'm at home recuperating now and ready to start to get my poor tanks cleaned up and growing better.
Best Regards
Botia

WOW! I'm glad you are OK. I'm sure your tanks need a lot of work now....rest up!

This is off topic, but be sure to do your rehab exercises to strengthen your muscles, and perhaps find a way to use your computer while standing erect, like a high table.

There are also special chairs that transfer the support of your back to your abs. Ask your therapist.

And - good luck!
