Lighting Choice

I have a ADA 60-P tank. It is 24in long, 14high, 2in of substrate. What would be a better choice for lighting.

Coralife Aqualight Single Linear Strip Compact Fluorescent Fixture, 1X65 Watt, 24 inch

or

Finnex: Ray II: Ultra Slim High Output LEDs, 24in

My most light intensive plant is baby dwarf tears...and I am injected CO2 via a DIY system that makes honey mead as well...yum.

I love my Finnex Fugeray, if I was running Co2 I wouldn't hesitate to get a Ray 2

Thanks all. Switched from the coralife to the finnex and my dwarf baby tears were pearling in 15 minutes...
