Question How much to fertilize (macros/micros)?

(Pardon all my recent threads, but I do have a lot of questions since re-scaping and switching out all my plants... and very ready for a successful run this time.)

So my aquarium is a 55gal with solely Taiwan moss and various java ferns. I switched to two T8 bulbs for this.

Will fertilizing still aid in my plant's growth in this case (according to the plants, lights, and all)? How much is too much?

I'm currently finishing up a bottle of Seachem Flourish, but thinking about switching to dry ferts from GLA if necessary.. hence my question!

Does anyone know if moss and java ferns needs a particular macro/micro, and less of certain others for good growth?

All suggestions appreciated-
