Shrimp low tech tank- am I missing anything?

I am in the proccess of preparing everything for a 20 long shrimp tank. The substrate is going to be black beauty blasting sand mixed with "activ flora" red clay gravel. The lighting will be 2 CFLs hanging over the tank.
I would prefer not to use CO2 but there is an air powered sponge filter if that makes a difference.

The plants will be marsilea minuta, dwarf sag, downoi, dwarf water lettuce, mini pellia, C. Parva, and bronze crpyts. I might also add hair grass and/ or chain swords.
The shrimp will be malawa, blue rili, and green shrimp.

Do these plants need fertilizer? If so what fertilizers will I need to get?

The most demanding plant on that list f yours would have to be C. Parva as it requires high light, thus CO2 and ferts.

You can try to go with PPS-Pro, keeping ferts to a minimum.

I may just leave the C. parva in the tank its in now.
Even without it would you suggest PPS-Pro for the other plants?

Well with any shrimp you dont wanna raise the TDS when unnecessary so yes I would still recommend PPS-Pro

For what it's worth, I've got crypt parva growing in a 37g low light/low tech tank, and it's doing fine. Grows very slowly, but does grow, and is doing well.
