What can get rid of these without harming shrimp and plants in a 1 gallon?

Doing some Google research on the net, I came across this and it seems like gouramis eat Planaria...I donno how it works with your shrimps though...esp. if they have babies. Apparently is a sign of overfeeding too.

I would suggest that you not worry about them. They are resource-limited and don't hurt anything. Just keep your tank reasonably clean.

The only thing I'm worried about is they make my tank look bad, that's all.

I have a plants-only tank that has a number of interesting things in it - at least 3 kinds of snails (none added intentionally), some tiny shrimp-like creatures, and some tiny worms of different kinds, I assume. My microscope would show a lot more varieties.

Other kinds of life can add interest to an aquarium.
