Spent 4 days in Hong Kong and the rest of the month in Indonesia...
I was very impressed with Tung Choy street in Hong Kong, the whole stretch of the street is full of tropical fish & plants stores. Saw some cool fish and plants, all with prices so low... it almost make me want to smuggle them back here.
JEBO signs everywhere! It's like the Jebo capital of the world.
Then I went to Indonesia and the price there was even cheaper!
Crypts starting from 25cents (that's right!!), huge amazon sword for 50cents, etc.
Guess what's the most expensive plant? Riccia (it's so expensive, $1 per cup... LOL)
Anyway, I didn't bring any plants or shrimps back since I didn't feel like getting in trouble with the US custom officers.
Any idea how to get an import license?
