Fertilizer Needs Help

I saw this RAMGO's Controlled Release Fertilizer(Nutricoat). Its not intended for aquatic plants but I looked at the composition of it and it says:

Total Nitrogen(N) 13.0%
Ammoniacal Nitrogen 6.5%
Nitrical Nitrogen(NO3) 6.5%
Available Phosphate(P2O5) 13.0%
Water Soluble Potash(K2O) 13.0%
Water Soluble Magnesium(M9O) 2.0%
Iron(Fe) 13.0%
Manganese(Mn) 6.5%
Boron( B ) 13.0%
Copper(Cu) 6.5%
Molybdenum(Mo) 13.0%
Zinc(Zn) 2.0%

Can I use this for my planted aquarium? If yes, what's the dosage? Thanks.

I say the N and P are far too high compare to other elements, not to mention that copper is unacceptably high for a planted tank, especially if you have any inverts in there. Good for growing algaes, and getting rid of snails.

Along with the copper being very high this little item: Ammoniacal Nitrogen 6.5% should scare you to death. That's basically ammonia you are putting in your tank.
