fish dying

125 Gallon Tank
38 Gallon Sump
Fully cycled for 8 months

Lost 10 fish since Saturday (Neons, Rummy nose, Sword Tails)

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrates - 20

pH 7.2

Weekly water changes
High Tech tank
CO2 (drop checker solid green)
Dose with Ferts

KN03 - N
K2S04 - K
KH2P04 - p

Plantex CSM+B
Iron Chelate 11%

Any ideas?

Tap or well? What are you using to treat the water. I know you've had some rains out there if using tap it is possible the water parameters have shifted.

How many fish do you have?
How long have you had the fish?
Any symptoms before death?
Any changes in behaviour/food consumption/rate of gill movement in any of your fish?
Add any new plants/fish/rocks/substrate lately?
