What filter are you running? If the filter is in doubt you can always swap to a different one or address the media that is in your current filter.

I had a small whisper filter on my new tank but then I put bio wheel 150 on it cause I read you can't over filter. The 150 was on my first tank that messed up pretty bad.

Looks to be clearing up I wonder if having that bio wheel 150 is to big for my 10 gallon tank I mean causing to much water movement and not letting things settle

Light colored cloudy water is usually a bacteria bloom and it is normal while a tank is cycling. Changing the filter could have caused the tank to cycle again. Leave it alone it will clear up on its own.

Yeah instant gratification and aquariums aren't normally used at the same time. in my 30L it took almost 2 months before my water was clear. It had a milky haze for what seemed like forever all the water changes and chemicals did nothing.

Took 26 days to cycle without any seeding and for another 14 days I couldn't get the haze to go away. Talked to my LFS owner and he said to just ignore the tank for a while and let it do what it wants to do. After I stopped the every other day 25% water changes and left it alone after the first week it had almost completely cleared up. Also make sure your using cold water nothing thats come out of a hot water tank.

Changes to the tank can cause it to cycle again.
