I have heard may different recipes for mixing up co2? Wht is your?

3 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp yeast
Half a multivitamin

I read somewhere it helps keep the yeast healthier lol.
I have some around and doesnt seem to hurt anything atleast.

Well I heard about some people drinking it, it is sugar wine when completly brewed. I haven't tried it myself, but been thinking of getting some frozen grape juice concentrate and make some cheap grape wine though.

Old orchard blueberry pomegranate juice.. makes delicious prison wine.. sipped on some last night actually...
