picked up a 55G someone was tossing out.

At least I think it's a 55G. It has a center brace.

anyway, I'm debating on whether I should keep it or not. The black plastic on the bottom is broke and the plastic along the top is cracked in places too, plus there are a lot of scratches. Maybe I could use it for an outside tank of some sort.

Maybe as a terrarium. But unless you replace the brace I would just discard it. I would rather buy a new tank than have 55 gallons of water all over my floor. 55 standards dont cost that much these days.

The brace is still there in place.

Emersed tank.

I've got several dumpster diver tanks. Plant in clay pots, little water, saran wrap top. Use it inside or out. Find a better one, put that in your trash for the next guy.
