Red face What would you do?

Argh! My guppies (one male and two females) gave birth and they all survived! There are like 50 baby guppies in there. My tank is overloaded (thank god for double filtration as I always use canister systems that are more than double of the water) but I'm trying to figure out how to trim plants and manage a water change. I'm debating on just doing the bucket and tube method for the water change - maybe give up on the Wisteria as the little buggers are hiding everywhere in it! Oh, did I mention the duckweed which I'm constantly dumping out? This all happened when I started dry fertilizers. The Wisteria seems to like it.

What do you guys think?

Monica

Well with the wisteria and duckweed. Id say ur filtration needs have been met.
Wisteria handles trims well. Its a true weed.
What are ur goals here?

Ditto. What are you wanting to accomplish? Make more space for the fry? Get rid of the fry? Learn how to prune the plants? Perform water changes without sucking up the fry? Let us know what you're wanting, and we'll do our best to help.

Meantime, congratulations on the fry and healthy plants!
