Bugs at the top of my tank?

I wish I could get a picture of this, but I have these little beetle like bugs chilling out at the top of my 75 gallon tank. They like to hang out on the frogbit, and I have noticed that they also do not like to swim. No idea if they can fly or not, but I feel like they are rather inactive little things.

Just wondering what they are. I personally don't mind them or anything, and I'm sure my gouramis snack on them every now and then, but I just like knowing what kinda biodiversity I have going on. I would also love to know where these little critters came from as well.

Look at the "Springtails, Collembola" section on this page and see if they're anything like what you have: http://www.planetinverts.com/what_is..._aquarium.html
