Unintentional emersed collection

So i HAD riccia attached to rocks. Needless to say i didnt trim it at all so it got long and nasty after a while. I obviously didnt quite scoop out all the riccia floaters.

The HC is a bit of a mystery though. I did have some planted on the initial flooding of the tank, but NONE of it survived. The only logical explanation is that it was a hitchhiker on some plants that i got from the SNS and it lodged itself in the crevice of the DW while floating about.

Sadly, these are actually the prettiest and best growing plants in the tank ATM!

you can see a full tank shot in my journal, link in my sig.

BUT i must warn you, i havent a clue as to how to take a picture of my tank. They never come out well.
