Co2 and Flow

So I know I need good water flow to help balance my tank but when I increase it my co2 gets outgassed ALOT faster and I feel like I am pumping way too much in to get it where I need it. Since I am shrimp keeper its hard for me to jack the co2 up to high without going on a killing spree. I currently run pressurized and and have a atomic co2 under my filter intakes. I know a reactor would be good and help the co2 dissolve better but I have HOB filters on alot of my tanks as well and when the water levels drop a lil it also causes more out gasing and have modded the outtake to ease the water in but even a powerhead seems to make a big difference as well as far as needing more co2. So to not ramble much farther I was wondering if anyone wants to chime in or maybe throw their 2cents in the pot. Im not really looking to start buying canister filters or a bunch of stuff for my tanks, already done that lol. Mayb a tip or trick or something affordable. I do have multiple tanks 10's, 14, 20, 29's, 40's, and an 75.

Try using a Koralia or Maxijet to help with flow. Good flow will help distribute the co2 and help keep any bubbles suspended longer.
