Question about pearling

I saw some of my plants pearling, lights are 3x 27w 65k cfl on my 29g.I was planning on gettin t5's anybody know if pearling means theyre gettin enough lights or should i just get new lights? TIA

Pearling is what most aim for. You've achieved the perfect balance of light, nutrients, and carbon dioxide for your plants to totally synthesize.

Zeke, I think the "java" is more likely a sword plant, Echinodorus. Especially those round leaves at the front of the plant belong to emersed grown sword plant wich will melt away. Im not 100% sure, pic may not be honest.

incorrect
it means ur plants are producing more oxygen than what the water around it can absorb. increasing flow in a tank can make pearling not ever happen
decreasign flow ca make it more prevalent

it is a prety good sig that plants are growing well though

Thanks for the reply, so meanibg lights are just enough i dont have to get t5's right?

Are you running co2?If so good for you on your pearling.If not did you do a water change then see pearling,if so fake pearling LOL

Yeah i have pressurized co2 just increased bps and i placed a reactor on tank of the diffuser
