Dirt everywhere! Will my fish be safe?

I'm not sure where this belongs, so if this is in the wrong subforum, please move it! I recently pulled out an Amazon sword out of my 10 gallon tank and transferred it to a 55 gallon tank (it was crowding out all the light and was far too big). Even though I went slow, some dirt still got loose (substrate is dirt capped with sand). Will my fish be ok? I realize I might have an algae bloom, but will anything else happen?

In my experience, I have never had problems with livestock after disturbing the substrate (water was so cloudy I could not see anything). If you are worried, just do done water changes. Do you have a good flowing filter?

They'll be fine.
