Vote - Move my 5 Serpae Tetra to 40B with shrimp or leave them in the 10G

As a handful might know my 40B is mostly a shrimp tank with the exception of two tiny plecos, but I've been debating on whether or not I should move my Serpae Tetra to the tank as well. I'm sure they're no threat to the shrimp but I'd like to know what you guys thought on this?

Good? bad? doesn't matter either way?

They might try to eat them.

I'm not so positive. These Serpae Tetra are on the smaller side right now and I've had a bigger Serpae in with shrimp in the 10G, I just don't know if I want the fish in my shrimp tank. Sometimes I think I want something swimming around in the water and sometimes I want it to be just a shrimp tank. Do you think the shrimp will feel threatened by them at all? Does anyone have experience with a few tetras in a shrimp tank? Erg..Decisions decisions.

If I did this I'd also have a cycled QT tank.

keep them where they are, don't mix shrimp and fish. They will acquire a taste for them.

Haha, alright. I wouldn't blame em, shrimp is delicious

Hmm, what about some neon tetra? They're too small to eat them, right?

Here are the Serpaes in question, plus I haven't posted any pics of my simple 10G yet!

I'm wanting to change out those rocks for pool filter sand or w/e.
