need help arranging filters for 90

I have an eheim classic with a spray bar that is really powerful. I have it a few inches below the surface and pointed slightly upward but it is still pushing the jungle vals and stem plants around on the opposite side of the tank.
The input to the filters are behind the jungle vals. Should I move the outputs to that side of the tank? The only problem with that is that the left side is going to be more open even when it has grown in. I don't want fish and shrimp to be blown around a lot. any ideas?

The vals are being blown into the corner

left side (filter outputs above the rock)

You could slightly enlarge the holes in the spraybar, this would reduce the velocity of the water.

Slightly closing the output (only) valve from the filter would also reduce the amount of water exiting the canister but would also reduce the amount of filtered water turnover.

You could also make a longer DIY spraybar if you are handy. This would allow the output water to be spread over a longer area of the tank and reduce the velocity that is blowing your plants around. It would also provide better circulation throughout the tank.
