photo period during dry start

So i planted a bunch of repens and hc...soaked the aquasoil and covered with plastic wrap ....how long should i be leaving the lights on and should i be adding anything in the way of fertz

If you're using Aquasoil, you won't need to fertilize.

Photo periods for emersed and submerged plants are the same. While you can most certainly run your lights longer when the tank isn't flooded, it's not necessary. 8 hours will get the job done.

Just mist every day or when the plants need it so they stay moist and the air remains humid.

i run mine from 7am-11pm so i can obsess over and tinker with my tank whenever i feel like it.

My tank sits on a window sill and just gets normal day light so I'm sure you would be fine with 8-10 hours
