Using miracle Grow

Hey gang,

I was curiuse about something today I had to get everyones input.

I was making some green water today and I tried a new method that honestly I have 0% faith in but I figured hey what the heck.

Mix is...
20 eye dropper squirts of standing water from the yard. Its a mesquito infested leaf ridden rain water pond that has formed out of an old childrens toy. I strained out any larvae.
1 liter planted tank water
1 Algea wafer
3 small pinches of miracle grow fertilizer. (Blue kind)

Im hoping to end up with green water but we shall see. I started a brine grow out culture (again) today and I want to try to add green water into my feeding routine.

While searching for info I noticed somepeople saying they use the blue kind of miracle grow to fertilize thier tanks. I was wondering if any of you do that or if any of you use miracle grow for other things.

Let me know...
