Staurogyne Repens & Blyxa Japonica in DSM

Can I use Staurogyne Repens and Blyxa Japonica in my dry start/emersed or does those plants need to be fully submersed to prevent leaves from burning or dying off

Blyxa japonica can't be grown emersed but staurogyne repens can. Blyxa japonica is a true aquatic and can't grow above the surface. Stauroyne repens is amphibious and can grow under and out of the water.
