What interesting livebearers do you keep? Especially interested in the more unusual less common fish.

Ilyodon furcidens! The only (or, one of the only) livebearers to use a placenta.

I don't have any live bearer, but a more interesting one is the Halfbeak.

The rarest you'll ever see is the xiphophorus couchianus, pretty much extinct in the wild it's a great live bearer to keep. (most likely only place to get it is at the ALA).

Currently keeping:

Xenotoca eiseni
Xenoophorus captivus
Ilyodon lennoni

Yeah, I like goodeids.

Had some Limia perugia for awhile. Really beautiful fish. Then had a sudden die off. Never did figure out what happened.

I've also got a couple different strains of endlers.

I have 2 pair of Characodon encaustus that just produced their first fry recently. The group is registered with CARES.
