Led clip on book light

I ordered a couple USB led clip on book lights and USB extensions and wall plugs to use as moonlights on my 72 gallon bowfronts they have 13 LEDs in them each. I also ordered an extra one for my .5g Betta vase do you think this woul be sufficient for low light plants? Has anyone true this. Each set up cost me less than 5 dollars for everything has anyone else tried to put something like this together

trying it right now

on a half gallon bowl with frogbit, tiny amt of java moss, and a nana petite when it arrives. the bowl gets ambient light from a window two feet away too. using mighty bright flex 2 on low setting for just a few hours at night. frogbit is already leafing out and it has been less than one week. when my ac/dc adapter gets here will be trying it on 8 hours a day (10,000k).

the frogbit it is now spreading even with it on only a few hours a day in the evening, so I am keeping it that way for a while...
