Low Tech Plants

Would anyone happen to know what a nice plant that turns red or is a reddish color that can thrive in a low tech tank without c02 or high lighting needs.

All answers appreciated.

I have a bunch of rotala that has a light reddish hue to it as well as some ludwigia r. that is still red up top in one of my low light tanks. They have ben growing for about a month or so and the red appears to have dulled a bit in the rotala as the newer leaves are greener. The other folks here will know a great deal more than I.

Have a look at Nymphaea plants - Lotuses, Red Lotus or Tiger Lotus.
Rotala and Ludwigia mentioned by learner are very nice.

Alternanthia reineckii will grow best at relatively low light. With high light I found it always became an algae magnet. And, it can certainly be very red.
