Is this enough rhizome exposed?

This is an anubias nana that I've had for awhile but just replanted to a more appealing position. It has tons of white roots, that I buried into the 50/50 Floramax and black sand substrate. Is this rhizome exposed adequately?

Your Anubias

Hello tex...

This looks fine to me. I have my Anubias planted similarly. As long as the rhisome is open to the water, it will be fine.

Low to moderate light is fine. I have mine planted in a 55 G with no more than one 6500 K, 32 watt bulb.

Most aquatic plants need high levels of minerals in the water, so it's good to change half the tank water weekly to keep mineral levels high. I also dose a little micro nutrient liquid once a week.

Nice plant.
