Plants INSIDE a log?

Are there any plants I can put inside a hollowed out tree stump? It will need very, very little light requirements,a ground cover would be nice.this will be touching the glass front and back blocking the light as I have a narrow tank

Nice piece of wood! I think moss would look great in there - very natural. Jave fern would probably work too but it may get tall and kind of block the opening and ruin the effect.

Anubias is one of my favorite plants.Id like to put one or two in there with some moss. Will they thrive,or at least not wither away in a full shade situation?

depends on how much light you have in your tank. the more light you have, the more will get in. if you see it wasting away, you can always pull it out.

Oh, I think it's an ugly peice of wood. You should just send it to me so you don't have to look at it anymore...
