CO2 Regulator

Could anybody tell me if a dual CO2 regulator for kegs can be used on a 75G planted tank?

Yep, should be the same thing. Just add a needle valve and some sort of reactor/diffuser to dissolve the CO2 in the tank.

Yes, you would need a needle valve and optionally a solenoid if you want to shut it off via a timer. I bubble counter is helpful as well but you can always diy one.

Yes, everyone has their preferred regulator.

Check beveragefactory for decent offers for brand-new shiny CO2 tanks. Alternatively, you may rent/lease used ones from your local welding or fire extinguisher supply, and just swap them out when it is time for refilling.
