Ceramic Filter Media

Hi guys. New to fresh water systems. Love your site. Looking forward to learning from you all. Have been a reef guy for many years. Have highly successful 300 gal reef system in my office. Now starting a fresh water system at home. Have a 155 gal in-wall display with 75 gal sump. All equipment with sump is in basement so size and noise not an issue. Planning a planted, fairly heavily stocked system using a ceramic bead trickle filter. Could you point me in the direction of appropriate size range for a ceramic biomedia filter. I am planning to use Marine Pure Ceramic Biomedia but cannot find info on how to appropriately size such a filter. I'm guessing 2 gal would be about right. Thinking of making the filter capacity about 4 gal to allow adjusting media vol as necessary. Your thoughts please.
