what are these little critters?

So about a week ago I set up a 10 gallon tank for my first attempt at keeping shrimp. Today I noticed there tiny little worms in the tank. I could only see a total of about 5 out of which 1 was alive. I was able to capture a video of it. I also noticed some other really small things on my glass that were moving about in a small jittery fashion. You can see it on the top right corner of the video. This was my first attempt at capturing video through a reversed lens so its kind of crappy, but you can see what Im talking about.

No problem. At least you enjoyed the video . I think the smaller critter is a copepod, but I'm not sure.

The larval form of an aquatic insect perhaps? The other ones are copepods, I like em.
