Overflow Question

I was thinking about buying or building a Durso Standpipe, to use on my new tank with corner overflows. The thing is the Durso looks like the same or close to what I got with my new Marineland tank, see picture. Can someone share to me what the Durso would be better and not be as loud?

Thanks

IT LOOKS ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME it even tapers at the bottom. is the top drilled for air flow?
or does it have a drilled hole and a silencing tube

I think what you have is just a modded dorso... as blazingwolf pointed out, check to see if it has some kind of air intake at the top.
