Power Heads

Curious about what people think of using power heads in planted tanks?

I have a 29 gallon with 2x24t5HO and pressurized CO2. Flourite substrate and I dose Iron as directed.

Would there be a benefit in using a small powerhead?

I use powerheads in all my planted tanks for circulation. It will make both your fish and plants happier. The plants get more distribution of Co2 and the fish have a small current. In my bigger tanks I even use more then one. I try and shoot for a circular flow that allows for a stronger area and a lower current area. But the flow still happens. It distributes the Co2 to the entire tank more fully.
