okay...fish smarter than keeper..I give

I am trying to move some endlers from one tank to another. I have moved all but 2. These 2 guy are like the road runner..lol. I have been trying for 2 days. Tried 2 nets...tried standing with net not moving forever hoping to sneak up on them ...these guys LOVE bloodworms...so I took a clear jar...put bloodworms in the jar...set on bottom...everyone including the cories figured out how to get in the jar....except the endlers! I give up. I think these 2 will just have to stay in this tank. If anyone has any suggestions...I am all ears.

Tire them out. Chase after them with 2 nets for a min, then wait 30 sec and go at it again. That's the only way I've been able to get fish out of my tanks

Corner them with a net then tap the glass so they go towards the net and then lift them up. Or clear your tank more and lower the water so it's easier.

Or get them when they're asleep - around an hour after lights off. You only have a small window for this, though. Like a minute or two

+1 for getting them while they sleep.

Has worked for me in the past.

can also leave the net in the tank wait until they are over it and pull up. mine also would flock to flake food so the same net trick feed and pull up.

In SoCali? Looking for fish plants equipment? want to learn something about the hobby?

what is a bit more effective is lower the water level and you will catch them. maybe you can do a water change and do a double whammy. and these other posts will work too with this.

Next time, try draining the tank a bit and then catching the fish.

That's exactly what it is.
I have been trying for more than a week to get a couple baby BN out of my tank...yeah they're still in there and will probably remain there for the forseeable future.
