NO3 (AP kit, better LaMotte)
PO4 (Red Sea kit)
pH (AP kit, better electronic tester Milwaukee and such)
Those are the 3 that are really needed. For CO2 calculations, it would be good to know the kH of the water, so a kH test (AP) would be recommended. I am listing that extra because kH doesn't fluctuate that much, so once you know it you know it (unless your water provider changes sources and whatnot)
After a while of testing - dosing - testing - dosing you will find what your tank needs, and testing will be less frequent.
